Come together for an afternoon filled with live music by Mary Wilkening and friends, a sweet and savory potluck, a White Elephant exchange, friendship, and festive fun! This year, we’ll celebrate the season with the beautiful reminder of Immanuel: God With Us, inspired by Matthew 1:23: “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel.”
Host a Table
We’re looking for 12 women to host a table for this special celebration. As a hostess, we invite you to decorate your table with a Christ-centered centerpiece. We’ll provide black tablecloths and Christmas-themed paper plates and napkins, but feel free to add your own personal touches by bringing your own place settings. Each table will seat six, and if you choose to be a hostess, a member of the Women’s Team will connect with you to provide more details.
White Elephant Gift Exchange
This is not your typical White Elephant! Bring a gently used treasure—something special that you’d like to share with a new friend. It could be a keepsake, scarf, jewelry, book, candle, or another cherished item that’s too lovely for a donation box but ready for a new home. Please wrap your gift for the exchange.
Sweet and Savory Potluck
In the spirit of Christmas treats, we ask each guest to bring 10-12 individual servings of their favorite sweet or savory nibble to share. You can drop off your food on Saturday morning (December 7) between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM or when doors open at 1:15 PM.
