The CLP Missions Committee Liaison to Feed My Starving Children is Nancy Oreshack.

Each year, millions of children die from preventable causes such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria, and undernutrition.  Hunger still causes half of deaths in children under 5 years old.  It is estimated that 6200 children die each day from causes related to undernutrition.

Since its founding in 1987, Feed My Starving Children has given hope in Jesus' name in the form of nutritious Manna Pack meals to so many who are hungry around the world. Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit.  FMSC partners with organizations and ministries around the world to get life-saving meals to the people who need it most.  In 2022, food was sent to 62 different countries.

The Church at Litchfield Park offers opportunities to go to FMSC as a group, but individuals and families are encouraged to make reservations and attend a packing session on their own. Volunteer!  Turn hunger into hope with your own two hands by packing nutritious meals at the Mesa packing center.  Anyone over the age of 5 can volunteer. Donate!  Hunger is fixable—one meal at a time.  Each meal costs just 24 cents!  $88 feeds a child for a whole year.
