Vanderbloemen hosted a Zoom meeting with the Senior Pastor Search Committee on October 30.  Three different resumes were presented to the committee and our recruiter Kristin Fry asked for positive and negative feedback on each. This process gave the recruiter a clearer picture of what CLP is looking for and if Vanderbloemen is on the right track.  Vanderbloemen has received over 30 resumes and is conducting telephone interviews. Those applicants that seem to be a good fit for CLP will move along in the interview process.  It was a great discussion and the search committee will meet with the recruiter on December 4th.
